Q. How do I personalise a product?

With our simple step by step process, it is easy to personalise and create the cookbook you want. Choose the type of book you require (paperback or hardback), and one of our beautifully designed book covers. You can then add the recipient’s name to the front cover, your name to the back cover, and a personal message which will appear on the first page inside the book. Choose 6 chapters from our selection of 12, and then you can swap out any of your recipes for the alternative recipes provided, giving you a completely one off customised and personalised cookbook!

**Please check all names and messages are spelt correctly before submitting your order because personalised items cannot be amended or changed.

Q. What can I enter into the personalisation box?

Personalisation can include letters A to Z, numbers 0-9 and some punctuation symbols. The number of characters allowed, including spaces and carriage returns, will be displayed when you personalise your product. Text can include a name or nickname, but we cannot print any words which may have a double meaning or could be interpreted as offensive. We do not support emojis, images or photos.

Q. How will my personalised message appear in the book?

Your message will appear exactly as you type it in. You can add carriage returns (up to 4) to create a message that appears as follows:

Q. Can I choose fonts and colours?

We are unable to offer different fonts or colours for your personalisation.

Q. Will you amend my personalised text?

All personalisation will appear exactly as it is written when you place your order. Please ensure when entering your personalised message that all spellings are correct and the text looks as you wish it to appear on the product, including any capital letters, carriage returns and punctuation. We will not make any changes to your message, spelling, or spaces. Please note however, that Hacche Online Ltd reserves the right to refuse personalised orders at our discretion. In the case of inappropriate use of this service, your order will be cancelled and fully refunded.

Q. What do I do if I make a mistake on the personalisation?

Unfortunately, we are unable to amend a personalised product once you have completed the payment process. As soon as payment has completed, the order is sent directly to our printers and your personalised. cookbook goes straight into production. Therefore, it is extremely important to check your personalisation before completing payment.

Q. Do you have different cover options?

You can choose from one of 5 beautifully designed book covers.

Q. Can I choose the order in which the chapters and recipes will appear in the book?

Please note that chapters and recipes may not appear in the book in the same order that you have selected them on the website, and you are unable to change the order.

Q. Can I add to my order once it has been placed?

All customer orders are passed directly to our team for production and shipping once the purchase has been verified by you. Unfortunately, after this time orders cannot be changed, however you can place a new order for additional products.

Q. How do I pay for my order?

We accept all card payments and PayPal payments, but we do not accept eCheques. These payments are processed via Realex Global Payments. All payments are taken in sterling. Please ensure that the billing address entered on your order matches the address to which the payment card is registered. If you encounter any problems making a payment, please Contact Hacche.

Q. Where do you deliver to?

We deliver across mainland UK, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Guernsey and Jersey.

Q. When will the order be delivered?

Deliveries within mainland UK (excluding Scottish Highlands).

We endeavour to create and delivery your personalised cookbook within 7 working days, however during peak seasons we may experience delayed delivery due to circumstances outside of our control. Should there be any changes to the delivery due to high volumes of orders, we will update our delivery details in the cart and on your order confirmation to advise of these changes.

Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Guernsey and Jersey.

Once your delicious.books. order has been created and quality checked, we will dispatch your order using the most appropriate delivery method required to ensure delivery within the specified timescale.

Q. What happens if my order is sent out in more than one delivery – will I have to pay postage twice?

Sometimes your order will be sent in more than one parcel, however you will only be charged once for postage.

Q. Where is my order?

If you have not received your parcel within the relevant stated days on your order confirmation please email us at   helpme@mydeliciousbook.com quoting your order number, and we will be happy to help.

Q. Can I return a personalised product?

Personalised items cannot be returned unless the product is defective in some way. This does not affect your statutory rights. To avoid disappointment, please ensure that you check your dedication carefully before submitting your order.
